S and I have been watching and loving. Well, I'm loving...S is OBSESSING. He freakin' loooooves it. *g* "Father's Day" is my favorite so far.
Hee! Sounds like you and kiss_me_cassie should have a get-together so the menfolk can squee together (ok, that sounds absolutely terrifying now that I see it in print!). "Father's Day" makes me bawl every single time. And tonight--OMG. This is the ep that made Kel break her house, and I really advise that if you're easily freaked out, you might want to wait and watch it in the morning. Upon re-watching it a few months ago, I realized that it is one (well, it's a 2-parter) of the best--if not the best--of the series, but the first time it just freaked me out SO much that I couldn't fully appreciate it.
(And yes, this is Stephen Moffat's script. Yes, that Stephen Moffat. Turns out he's not just a funny guy...he's got a really freaky, twisted imagination. Brilliant, but...freaky and twisted ;) )
Of course, if you're watching all this in a non-SciFi fashion, this advice may be irrelevant and obsolete, so...take it as you see fit! :)
No, the one who used to write Gilligan's Island...of course that Stephen Moffat! He's been a fan forever and even wrote the Doctor Who and the Curse of Fatal Death sketch for Comic Relief a few years ago (which, if you've not seen, is hilarious, though if you're new to the show you might not get some of it...but still, Rowan Atkinson as the Doctor? Jonathan Pryce as the Master? Ya gotta love it just for that!).

So have you been watching? And if so, what do you think?
